Steep 1–2 teaspoons of your blend in 8 oz of hot water [205°F / 96°C] for 10–15 minutes. Always cover your tea as it steeps to preserve the warming oils and botanicals. If adding honey, wait until the tea has cooled to sipping temperature to preserve its natural properties.
