My love of tea grew as a child when baba would make me his delicious chai, where I would sneak in 10 sugar cubes (maybe it was the sugar I loved...). This blend is an homage to that childhood joy and warmth. Cardamom-spiced black tea softened by rose petals and brightened with a hint of bergamot.
Steep 1–2 teaspoons of your blend in 8 oz of boiling water [212°F / 100°C] for 10–15 minutes. Always cover your tea as it steeps to preserve the warming oils and botanicals. If adding honey, wait until the tea has cooled to sipping temperature to preserve its natural properties. Also delicious with a side of dates!
