Iron Defense

A blend made to aid those who may be experiencing an iron deficiency. All these herbs have a high concentration of iron and some double as a blood purifier. Hibiscus and Rose are abundant in Vitamin C to help the absorption of iron. Sarsaparilla and Burdock root are favorites of Dr. Sebi, as he called them 'spark plugs' for the human body due to their high iron content. This tea is very healthful and is very good for those who do not eat meat, and for women during their period, as a lot of iron can be lost through blood.
