Steep 1–2 teaspoons of your blend in 8 oz of boiling water [212°F / 100°C] for 10–15 minutes. Always cover your tea as it steeps to preserve the warming oils and botanicals. If adding honey, wait until the tea has cooled to sipping temperature to preserve its natural properties.

Approximately 30–60 servings per bag.

The main herb in this blend is Guayusa, a powerful plant from the Amazon boasting very high antioxidant levels. Used ceremonially by indigenous Amazonian peoples for centuries as a tool for dreaming, hunting, and ritual, Guayusa carries a rich tradition of energetic and spiritual use. Guayusa provides a long-lasting, uplifting energy boost as it decreases adrenaline (associated with jitters) while increasing noradrenaline (focus). Guayusa has also been found to significantly increase acetylcholine levels (increases memory and cognition) and serotonin levels (happy hormone!). Guayusa is mixed with black tea to form an uplifting and energizing duo.
To further balance this blend, we add Tulsi Holy Basil, a powerful adaptogenic herb commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine to alleviate anxiety, increase mental clarity, and regulate hormone levels.
Finally, we add ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon to aid digestion, increase adaptogenic effects (regulate stress), and create a unique and delicious flavor profile.
